Crystal graduated with a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelors in Business, Economics, and Management with a concentration in Health Administration.

She worked in the healthcare industry for 13 years. She still has a passion for it and tries keep up on the latest info as a hobby, as well as having several friends who still work in that field.

Presently, she is self-employed and helps to manage her husband's family business, focusing primarily on HR, Accounting, and Health/Safety topics. They also own real estate and operate income properties in the southwestern region of the US.

Personally, she is married with a young daughter, a pug, and a cockatiel.

Her areas of interests include healthcare, IBD, dogs/pugs, being a working mom, real estate/property management, business/management, human resources, US travel, fitness/exercise, cooking, poetry, scrapbooking, reading, charities, music and movies. She keeps busy by trying to keep her fingers in a little bit of everything, including recently trying some gardening and also writing for a travel website as well. She has also had some poetry published in a few different books, and was always interested in writing. She is hoping to continue writing here at Suite 101, and appreciates any comments.
